Twisted Piggy Tails
Three twists on each side of her head into pig tails. Pig tails split into three each and then rope braided. This can also be turned into cute buns.

Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are awesome. A simple but true statement given to me by my DD. If I had the time to make these more often, I probably would. These are quite easy as far as cinnamon rolls go. I've had several recipes that are so involved it almost didn't seem worth it in the end. This recipe is for a bread machine, but that isn't necessary. I've done it by hand many times, and it's really not bad. Onto the recipe!
Dough
1 cup warm milk (Not HOT just warm)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Filling
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened
Frosting
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press Start. If doing this by hand, you'll dissolve the yeast in your warm milk with a tablespoon of your sugar in it, let sit for a few minutes. Add your wet ingredients into your dry and mix well. You'll need to be quite vigorous with your dough. I actually knead it a bit while it's still in the bowl, after all, that's what a bread machine does.
After the dough has doubled in size turn it out onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll dough into a 16x21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with 1/3 cup butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake rolls in preheated oven until golden brown, about 15 minutes. While rolls are baking, beat together cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, confectioners' sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
And there you go. An easy recipe for cinnamon rolls. I have found recipes that call for no yeast, or less rest time, but I think that makes a huge difference in the airiness of your rolls. They're lighter and fluffier if you let them rest before cooking. Happy Baking!
Looks like I'll be making these again soon! My pictures were all wonky. Guess that's what I get for borrowing my lil sisters camera because mine was dead. Anyway, here are the pics that DID turn out!
